Thanks for visiting my blog!

I’m Sarah. A Canadian that has relocated to Cambridge, UK.

I’ve been living in the UK for over two years and in that time have traveled to Italy, Greece, Spain, France, Bulgaria, Switzerland, Netherlands, Croatia, Portugal, Belgium, Bulgaria, Germany, Czech Republic, Hungary, Austria as well as traveling within the UK. It’s been an incredible couple of years where I have been able to fully live my dream of traveling through Europe.

I’ve been able to do this because of my career in accounting, which is much less glamorous than my world travels, and I promise to blog about as little as possible. While my career does give me 6 weeks of vacation a year, of which I try and maximize fully, it also takes up a lot of my evenings and weekends. I strive to balance my work with healthy living, which includes making food at home using whole foods, and practicing yoga.

In 2013, I went to Costa Rica for a month and completed my yoga teacher training certification. Currently I don’t teach, but taking the course allowed me to explore my own practice and I try to practice at home as much as possible.

My blog will focus on a mix of world travels, yoga, and healthy eating, as I love to experiment in the kitchen.

Thanks for checking out my blog! Please come back and visit again 🙂

Hi, I live in Canada too. I kind of relate to your post. But it appears you’ve successfully overcome it all. I’m still majorly lost in life 🙂 Do you have a contact email maybe? Would love to chat sometime. Or you can email me. Nice blog.

Hi! I just stumbled upon your blog–I am jealous of your travelings–I’ve always wanted to go to Thailand. Reading this may (and by may I mean will) inspire me to practice yoga more often. It’s so relaxing and great for the muscles.
